RMS provides the following services to its Overseas Principals:

• Factory Evaluation (for Production Capacity & Compliance)

• Monitoring of Bulk Production (for Quality and Time Schedule)

• Quality Control Inspections (Preliminary, In-line & Final)

• Shipment Coordination (with Suppliers, Freight Forwarders & Shipping Agents for Custom Clearance, Consolidation & Documentation).

Note:

1. As part of our Sourcing Services, we carefully evaluate every factory we work with, frequently monitor the bulk production and check the quality of the raw material and finished goods at various stages but we do not provide any performance guarantee on behalf of the suppliers. The responsibility for a successful shipment, including quality of merchandise and adherence to delivery schedules, rests entirely upon the concerned supplier.

2. As part of our Quality Control Services, we carefully check the stipulated percentage of goods at specified stages. We firmly stand by our QC reports and their accuracy. However we cannot be held responsible for any deterioration in product quality after the Inspection has taken place (be it at Supplier's factory or in transit). The ultimate responsibility for product quality lies solely upon the concerned supplier.

3. Our role is limited to being Buyers' Agents. We are not Manufacturers' representatives.

4. The suppliers must negotiate and accept the Terms of Shipment and Payment with the buyers to their satisfaction before accepting a PO. We do not provide any payment guarantee to the suppliers on behalf of our principals (clients). The responsibility for payment lies entirely upon the concerned buyer.

5. Suppliers are advised to check the credit worthiness of the buyers with the help of ECGC or any other means available to them. We strongly recommend our suppliers to opt for comprehensive risk covers offered by ECGC on all shipments to our clients.

6. Almost all our Buyers have a clear and strict policy regarding penalties for non-performance, deviation from product specifications, sub-standard quality and late shipments. The suppliers need to ask for the details and accept the terms before accepting a PO.

7. The ultimate responsibility for shipping merchandise as per buyer's specifications and quality parameters lies entirely upon the suppliers. QC by RMS Associates does not absolve the suppliers from this responsibility.
